Changes are being proposed for ticket offices at train stations.
There is a consultation for the proposed changes to the WMCA network.
Please do have your say and ask the important questions about the proposals, make suggestions to change/enhance and of course ask what happens to George, The Stourbridge Station Cat.

Sunday: 09:00 - 19:00
The proposed changes are:
The ticket office will close, but staff will be deployed here on a flexible basis to undertake customer service, passenger assistance, safety and general upkeep duties.
So there will be staff present.
Consultation: The public consultation will close on 26 July 2023.
