Today I had the opportunity to raise in the chamber the need for more support for families such as the Passey family after bizarre verdicts such as the acquittal in Ryan’s case are reached.
And to ask the Minister for a meeting with the Passey family to discuss how improvements could be made of the provision of support for victims’ families not just during the investigation but after the verdict. A meeting was agreed.
I will do all that I can to support this family and until justice is done.
