Nationality and Borders Act

The Nationality and Borders Act is an important piece of legislation that will make it easier to deport foreign criminals from the UK.

  • Expediting the removal processes
  • Removing criminals to a safe third country
  • Imposing visa penalties on countries that do not cooperate on the removal of their nationals from the UK
