It was great to have the Prime Minister right in the heart of Stourbridge and visiting our fantastic football club. He was on great form, full of energy and keen to meet as many local people as possible.
We have important local elections here in Stourbridge and the West Midlands tomorrow and to have Boris Johnson here today to support our mayoral candidate Andy Street and our PCC candidate Jay Singh-Sohal was a great boost.
I really believe we have an PM who understands the people of Stourbridge and is committed to giving them all the opportunities they need to find jobs, receive an education and live in a safe part of the world.
To do that he has the support of our excellent candidates, including those standing for Dudley Council, who are just as committed as Boris to making Stourbridge and the wider West Midlands an even greater place to live.
