Today I was at Parliament for the State Opening and the Queen's Speech - which was very different with Prince Charles reading the Queen’s speech and Prince William in attendance.
I had the privilege of being in the House of Lords Gallery and watching two future Kings in place. I returned to the Chamber once the House reassembled at 14.30.
The Queen’s Speech set out 38 new Bills for the upcoming 12 months which will help ease the cost-of-living pressures, boost economic growth, and make our streets safer.
Her Majesty The Queen was greatly missed and here in Stourbridge Constituency we send her our best wishes.
