Another jewel in the crown of this constituency is our ladies football teams!
Today the mighty Stourbridge Ladies Football team and the equally mighty Lye Ladies went head-to-head in the West Midlands Women’s Premier League - the prize being promotion to the National One Midlands Division.
As you can see, Stourbridge Ladies Football Club only went and did it! Promotion to the next step in ladies football pyramid is a huge achievement.
But equal HUGE respect to the Lye Ladies to get to yesterday’s final!
