I was delighted to visit Britannia Sports Bar in Wollaston today to give them a life-saving bleed-control kit and hear about the brilliant community work they do.
I heard from the Manager, Wayne Etheridge, about the fantastic work the bar does in the community – from raising money for a new defibrillator, to extending its summer holiday offer of £1 meals for kids to help local families.
I would like to say a big thank to the family of Ryan Passey for their generosity in donating the bleed-control kit.
I have three other kits from the Passey family to give to local pubs or public places, so please do get in touch with me at [email protected] if you would like one or know an organisation that would.
