Zach a 9-year-old boy with cerebral palsy and epilepsy was targeted by trolls during a charity walk with messages that trigger seizures while completing 130 laps of his garden without his walking frame in June.
We hope to "put an end" to this online abuse and we made enormous strides with Twitters Head of Global Public Policy Strategy, Development and Partnerships, who is based in America and is due to come and see us in December and we hope with an important announcement.
The amount of harmful content and wilful abuse online is truly shocking. I am proud to be part of what will be a key piece of legislation, the Online Safety Bill that will be a new regulatory framework to tackle harmful content online.
