A good meeting last week with local NHS leaders - Dr Ruth Edwards, Neil Bucktin, and Dr Rebecca Willetts. Our NHS are doing a fantastic job under significant pressure.
We discussed GP services, including Lion Health, which I know continues to struggle with their appointment system. I was assured that conversations are continuing to take place to improve the service.
GP surgeries remain extremely busy and will continue to be so this winter, so it is more important than ever to regularly test for covid-19 and visit your local community pharmacy to manage coughs and colds.
