Today the Prime Minister became the first world leader since the conflict began to address the Ukrainian Parliament – the Verkhovna Rada.
He announced a further £300 million in support - including electronic warfare equipment and Toyota Landcruisers to evacuate civilians, following a request from the Ukrainian government.
