The autumn booster jab is currently being offered to those at high risk. You are eligible if you are:
- Over 50
- In a care home
- Aged 5 years or over in clinical risk groups
- Front-line health and social care staff
- Those who care for vulnerable individuals and families of individuals with weakened immune systems
If you are eligible for the flu vaccine, you may also be able to have them at the same time. I would encourage all those eligible for the booster to take it as soon as possible to prevent any further spread of this terrible disease.
