I have paid tribute to the amazing attendance at Remembrance Day services.
I attended the parade and service at Christchurch Lye and later the parade and service at Mary Stevens Park.
On Saturday I visited the second Stourbridge Military Vehicle Parade.
I would like to thank everyone who came out in such amazing numbers for this year’s Remembrance services and events.
It shows the strength of feeling that we must never forget those who have died in defence of our country and those who have served and continue to serve.
The numbers of young people in the crowd and those on parade in the cadets, Scouts and Guides was also good to see. It is important that future generations take an active part and understand the meaning of Remembrance.
